PUBLIC NOTICE OF THE MILLVILLE HOUSING AUTHORITY.  The Millville Housing Authority (MHA) will hold a public hearing pertaining to the Authority’s Annual PHA Plan for operating during the 2026-2027 PHA fiscal year which begins October 1, 2026, hereinafter referred to as the Plan.  Copies of the plans are available for review prior to the public hearing at the following locations: the Property Management Office of the Millville Housing Authority located at 1153 Holly Berry Lane, Millville, NJ 08332 Monday through Thursday between the hours of 8:30AM and 4:00 PM and online at https://www.millvillehousing.org/announcements.html through June 23, 2026.  The Authority will hold the public hearing on Tuesday, June 23, 2026 at 5:00PM, at Riverview East Community Room, 130 S. 2nd Street, Millville.  The MHA will discuss any changes to the goals, objectives and policies of the agency and receive public comments on the Plans.  The comments and/or suggestions will be considered for inclusion to enhance the plans prior to submission to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development for approval.  Comments can also be forwarded to the Millville Housing Authority, Executive Director, PO Box 803, Millville, NJ 08332 to be received no later than Monday, June 22, 2026.
