The Millville Housing Authority (MHA) invites sealed bids for Snow Removal Services for roadways, drives, parking lots and walkways of the Authority. This service contract is for the period of November 1, 2026 through October 31, 2027, with (2) one-year extension options.  Bids must be received no later than 10:00 a.m., Thursday, August 20, 2026, at the Property Management Office of the Millville Housing Authority, 1153 Holly BerryLane, Millville, New Jersey 08332, at which time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. The Millville Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities in the qualifications. No bids shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days subsequent to the opening of qualifications without the consent ofthe Millville Housing Authority. This contract is subject to the requirements of Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968, as amended, and the implementing regulations at 24 CFR Part 75, to the extent applicable.
